Our yurts are raised from the woodland earth and fully insulated including the floors, walls and roofs and it have heating, some eletric and candle-lit atmosphere.  We also provide refrigeration to keep your food, wine and beer cool in the main house.  There are cooking facilities, utensils and equipment, dining areas with tables and chairs and BBQs and camping stoves.  We also provide quality glassware, china and table linen.  There is storage for clothes and all linen and one bath towel per person is included in the tariff.  Books, games and tourist information can be found in the guests' lounge. As a precaution we also provide fire safety equipment. Electric fan heating keeps the yurts nice and toasty as does the electric blanket in colder months of October/November.  The Mongolian yurt also has a log burning stove.

YURT MOROCCAN is 5m in diameter and has Moroccan decor, with lush silk and satin fabrics, fully insulated wooden flooring, twinkle candle and solar lighting and a 7ft round bed, centrally located so you can gaze up at the stars through the large perspex dome at the centre of the yurt and fitted with quality linen.  See link on the right for dedicated web page showing photos and information on "The Moroccan"

Our 5m diameter monster Soul Pad tipis are located on the edge of the paddock by the woods and are all on raised decks.  They contain sleeping for 4 people by way of one proper 4ft6" double bed and either one double futon or two single futons.   Throws and cushioning are provided but you need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet or sleeping bags and your own towels or you can hire colour coded linen to match.  For October/November bookings linen is included with 15 Tog duvets and electric blankets.  Flooring is coir, carpets and rugs. The SoulPads have an electric power socket for mobile phone chargers etc and for electric fan heaters, which we are providing, but snuggling up is still the order of the day!  Candle and battery atmospheric lighting is provided as is a basket full of all cooking utensils, pots, pans, high quality plastic crockery and glasses and cutlery, tea towels, washing up liquid etc. All you need is your food and we provide our glampers with their own fridge in the utility room to keep your food, wine and beer cool.  We give you a gas camping stove to use for your cooking and a charcoal BBQ (bring charcoal) and shared use of a gas BBQ.   Each tipi also has an oil barrel fire bin to snuggle round in the evenings and to cook on as a BBQ. Books, games and tourist information can be found in the guests' lounge. As a precaution we also provide fire safety equipment.

Food packs can also be pre-ordered  by our glampers staying in the Yurt or Tipis and the pack list will be provided to all guests once their booking has been confirmed.  We can also arrange those little special extras to be ready in your Yurt or Tipi on arrival : Chocolates, bouquets of flowers, bubbly (Cava) and strawberries etc.  Price list for extras will be provided at time of booking.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs due to the live-stock on site and the fact that our woodland boundaries are not fenced.
